These authentic homemade pot stickers promise to be everything you want in a dumpling; they are plump, and chewy, filled with quality shrimp and vegetables, and perfectly flavored with fresh ginger, green onions, and seasonings. Class participants also get to take food home (if there is any remaining) to enjoy later.
