About the Recipe

Easy Delicious Weeknight Chili! Ready in 30 minutes. Perfect for the fall season!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 16oz. can chili beens (I use Bush's)

  • 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce

  • 2 14.5 oz. cans of diced tomatoes

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 tbs. onion powder

  • 1 tbs. garlic powder

  • 1 tbs. tomato bouillon

  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika

  • 1 1/2 tsp. cumin

  • 3 tbs. chili powder

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. pepper


Preparation

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a stock pot. Drain the fat.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

  3. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and cover. Cook for 30 minutes (if you have the time cook for 1 hours for an even better tasting chili)

  4. Enjoy!


    *Top with cheese, sourcream, jalepeno peppers and or chives. Enjoy with crackers, frito chips, or cornbread.
