Easy Delicious Weeknight Chili! Ready in 30 minutes. Perfect for the fall season!
Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 16oz. can chili beens (I use Bush's)
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 14.5 oz. cans of diced tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbs. onion powder
1 tbs. garlic powder
1 tbs. tomato bouillon
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
3 tbs. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Brown ground beef and onion in a stock pot. Drain the fat.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and cover. Cook for 30 minutes (if you have the time cook for 1 hours for an even better tasting chili)
Enjoy!
*Top with cheese, sourcream, jalepeno peppers and or chives. Enjoy with crackers, frito chips, or cornbread.
