Brine for Turkey Cutlets
This brine leave your poultry juicy and delicious during the cooking process. You can modify the ingredients to your liking.
Add all ingredients to a large pot (except ice)
Bring to a boil, turn off heat, cover and let cool
Add cutles to a container with a lid and is large enough to hold the liquid.
Add cooled liquid, cover and let brine for a minimum of 3 hours at room temp. If brining over night I place in the fridge.
When ready, remove cutlets from brine, rinse under cold water and pat dry.
Prepare any way you'd like.
Your cutlets will remain juicy and delicious. Enjoy!

2-3 thyme sprigs
1 small onion, sliced
5 garlic cloves
1/4 cup kosher salt
4 pieces candied ginger
1 bay leaf
1 lemon, cut in half
18 oz. ice
