Cajun Shrimp & Cauliflower Rice w/ Cajun Cream Sauce


  1. Wash and season shrimp with 2 tbs. of the cajun seasoning.

  2. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a hot skillet 

  3. Cook shrimp on both sides for 3 minutes each

  4. Remove shrimp when done and set aside.

  5. In the same pan add 4 tbs. of butter and another drizzle of olive oil, cauliflower rice & 1 tbs. of Cajun seasoning. Cook for approx. 8 minutes or until desired tenderness.

  6. While cauliflower rice is cooking, add whipping cream to a small saucepan along with 1 tbs. of butter, cream cheese, and the last tbs. of cajun seasoning. Let simmer until butter and cream cheese has melted about 5 - 8 minutes. 

  7. Once the cream sauce is done, remove the sauce and cauliflower rice from heat.

How to serve:
Place a heaping about of cauliflower rice in a bowl, add shrimp on top, and drizzle cream sauce over the shrimp and cauliflower. Enjoy!

  • 5 tbs. butter

  • Avocado oil

  • 16 oz bag cauliflower rice 

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 oz cream cheese
