Classic Cheese Ball
Place cheese, onion, bell pepper butter and Worchestershire sauce in a bowl (preferrably a mixing bowl) and mix until smooth.
Using your hands shape the cheese into a ball
Place the chopped pecans on a plate or plastic wrap and roll the cheese ball around until its completely covered in pecans.
You can serve now, but its best when refrigerated for at least 30 minutes to set.
Serve with low carb crackers, OR your favorite vegetables.
8 oz mild cheddar cheese
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz smoked gouda cheese
3 Tbs onion, grated
1 Tbs green bell pepper, grated
2 Tbs worcestershire sauce
2.25 oz pecans, chopped
