Creamy Chicken & Spinach Casserole
This Keto Chicken and Spinach Casserole is the perfect keto recipe. It's one of my all-time favorites for QUICK, EASY & DELICIOUS! Topped with a delicious cream sauce, a Monterey Jack and cheddar blend along with bacon make this a family favorite.
Preheat oven to 425
Season Chicken with Sincerely Legenia All Purpose Seasoning
Add chicken to skillet and brown for approx. 5 minutes.
While chicken is cooking combine mayo, sour cream, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Set aside.
Add spinach to skillet and wilt for 2 minutes.
Place spinach in bottom of small baking dish.
Add chicken on top of spinach, then layer cream sauce, monterey jack cheese and lastly bacon
Cook for 18 minutes OR until cheese is golden and bubbly.
When done remove from oven and cool for at least 5 minutes.
4 Chicken Breast
14 oz Fresh Spinach
1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese Blend
4 Strips Bacon (Cooked and Chopped)
For Cream Sause
1/2 Cup of Mayo
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Parmesan Shreded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
