Creamy Chicken and Kale One Pan Dish
This creamy chicken and kale is low carb and delish! You'll think you're in a 5 star restaurant when eating this meal!
Season chicken with cajun seasoning
Drizzle olive oil into a skillet, add chicken, and cook on both sides
When chicken is done, remove and set aside.
Drizzle a little more olive oil into the same skillet and add mushrooms. Cook until tender
Once tender, add chopped garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese. Stir and cook until cheese has melted
Add red pepper flakes and 1 tsp of cajun seasoning
Add Kale, cook until it has wilted down
Add chicken back to the skillet and cook and additional 10 - 15 minutes

1 cup white mushrooms, chopped
1 ½ cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, chopped
½ cup chicken broth or stock
1 tsp Sincerely legenia Cajun seasoning, for sauce
1 Tbsp Sincerely legenia Cajun Seasoning, for chicken
pinch red pepper flakes
