This creamy chicken and kale is low carb and delish! You'll think you're in a 5 star restaurant when eating this meal!

Creamy Chicken and Kale One Pan Dish

Steps

  1. Season chicken with cajun seasoning

  2. Drizzle olive oil into a skillet, add chicken, and cook on both sides

  3. When chicken is done, remove and set aside.

  4. Drizzle a little more olive oil into the same skillet and add mushrooms. Cook until tender

  5. Once tender, add chopped garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

  6. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese. Stir and cook until cheese has melted

  7. Add red pepper flakes and 1 tsp of cajun seasoning

  8. Add Kale, cook until it has wilted down

  9. Add chicken back to the skillet and cook and additional 10 - 15 minutes
