Crunchy Chicken Tacos w/ Cilantro Lime Sauce

Introduction
Yep! This is healthy and delicious! You will not feel guilty after eating these crunchy chicken tacos. I used almond flour tortillas from Siete (they will be located in your grocers frozen section) and talk about DELICIOUS!
Steps
For Chicken Tacos
Drizzle oil into a hot skillet, add the cooked shredded chicken and all purpose seasoning. Reduce heat to low and allow it to heat through for about 3 to 5 min. Remove and set it aside.
To the same skillet, turn heat up to medium high and drizzle a little more oil in (about 1 tsp). Add sliced peppers and onions. Sprinkle with a little salt and cook until slightly tender (about 5 min.)
Toss in the chopped garlic, let it cook for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Remove veggies from the skillet and set aside.
Drizzle 1 tsp. oil into the same skillet and add tortillas .
Top the tortillas with a layer of cheese. To one side of the tortilla, add the sautéed veggies, and cooked chicken.
Fold one half of the tortilla over (so that its in the shape of a taco) and press lightly so that the two half stick together.
Turn the tortillas over to allow both sides to cook and get crispy.
Lastly, add a bit more cheese to your tacos, turn off your burner, and cover. Let it sit until your cheese is nice and melty.

Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce
To a blender add, cilantro , jalapeño, garlic, sour cream, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy.

I boiled my chicken breast in water with, 1 bay leaf, and seasoned the water with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper

2 chicken breast, cooked & shredded
1 tpsp. Sincerely Legenia Taco Seasoning
1 poblano pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
flour tortillas
Mexican blend of shredded cheese
olive oil
For Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 jalapeño, sliced (I used 3 slices, use however much of this as you want, dependent upon your spice level)
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
Juice from 1/2 lime
salt & pepper to taste
