Firecracker Salmon w/ Sesame Soy Dipping Sauce
Season all sides of cut salmon with house seasoning (Sincerely Legenia House Seasoning)
Add avocado oil to a hot skillet
Cook salmon until golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
For rice paper, dip in cold water until softened.
Place 1 slice of jalapeno, a couple green onion pieces and top w/ cooled salmon.
Fold from top, to bottom and then fold in the sides.
Eat this way if you desire OR Cook in the same oil you cooked your salmon in for approx. 1 minute on each side.
Serve with sesame soy dipping sauce!
Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and mix until well combined.

1/2 tsp. chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp. sesame seeds
