Garlic Butter Pork Chops
Season pork chops with rosemary salt & pepper
Add bacon fat to hot skillet. Once melted add seasoned chops.
Cook chops on each side for 3 - 5 minutes.
Next, add butter, garlic and thyme.
Place in oven for 10 to 14 minutes OR until the internal temperature reads 145 degrees
4 pork loin chops
5 garlic cloves
3 thyme springs
4 Tbs butter
2 Tbs rosemary salt
2 Tbs pepper
2 Tbs bacon fat OR olive oil
