Steps

  1. Season pork chops with rosemary salt & pepper

  2. Add bacon fat to hot skillet. Once melted add seasoned chops.

  3. Cook chops on each side for 3 - 5 minutes.

  4. Next, add butter, garlic and thyme.

  5. Place in oven for 10 to 14 minutes OR until the internal temperature reads 145 degrees
