Ground Beef Kebobs

Pre-soak wooden skewers for approx. 30 minutes
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees
In a large bowl combine all of your ingredients
Mix together well with your hands.
Form your meat mixture into oblong patties on your pre-soaked wooden skewers
Bake in your oven for 25 minutes until completely done (160 internally)
Remove from oven and cover with foil. Allow kebobs to rest for at least 10 minutes.

1/4 Cup Dried Parsley
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp. Cumin
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
