Steps

  1. Pre-soak wooden skewers for approx. 30 minutes

  2. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees

  3. In a large bowl combine all of your ingredients

  4. Mix together well with your hands.

  5. Form your meat mixture into oblong patties on your pre-soaked wooden skewers

  6. Bake in your oven for 25 minutes until completely done (160 internally)

  7. Remove from oven and cover with foil. Allow kebobs to rest for at least 10 minutes.
