Keto/ Low Carb BBQ Sauce
In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients.
Bring to a simmer, cover and reduce heat to low
Allow sauce to simmer for 25 minutes.
Use room temperature water to dilute sauce is your desired consistency, this step is totally optional. *See YouTube video.
Remove from heat, allow to cool.
*Store in a mason jar or any airtight container. Stores well in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1/2 cup golden monk fruit ( I use Lakanto)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. onion powder
1 tbs. garlic powder
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tbs. salt
1 tbs. pepper
