Keto/ Low Carb BBQ Sauce

Steps

  1. In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients. 

  2. Bring to a simmer, cover and reduce heat to low

  3. Allow sauce to simmer for 25 minutes.

  4. Use room temperature water to dilute sauce is your desired consistency, this step is totally optional. *See YouTube video.

  5. Remove from heat, allow to cool.

*Store in a mason jar or any airtight container. Stores well in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.

  • 1/2 cup golden monk fruit ( I use Lakanto)

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbs. onion powder

  • 1 tbs. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp. chili powder

  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke

  • 1/4 tsp. ground mustard

  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

  • 1 tbs. salt 

  • 1 tbs. pepper
