Keto/ Low Carb Strawberry Sauce
Througly wash strawberries, remove the stems and slice
Add strawberries, confectioners sugar, lemon juice and 2 tbsp. of water to small sauce pan.
Simmer on medium high heat for 8 minutes.
Mix the 1/2 tsp. of warm water to arrowroot in a small cup, then add it to your strawberry mixture in the sauce pan.
Stir, turn burner to low and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool.
Store for up to a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
1 pint strawberries
⅓ cup Swerve confectioners
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp water
¼ tsp arrowroot
½ tsp warm water
