Steps
Cut chicken in half and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Brown the chicken on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Add onion, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
stir in chicken stock, butter, xantham gum and add thyme springs.
Return chicken to skillet, simmer 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Place the swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast. Cover and cook in the oven for 3 minutes
Remove and enjoy
