Keto Hamburger Steak w/ Mushroom Gravy

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl combine ground beef, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce, 1 tbs. of the house seasoning OR all purpose seasoning, and egg

  2. Combine with hands until well blended. 

  3. Shape beef mixture into patties

  4. Add patties to hot skillet and cook on both sides for approx. 3 minutes

  5. Remove patties (no worries, they will continue cooking in the gravy) and place in the oven to keep warm.

  6. To the same skillet add onions and mushrooms saute for 3 minutes

  7. Add butter, arrow root, the remaining house seasoning, combine.

  8. Next add heavy cream, and beef broth, combine

  9. Return hamburger steaks to skillet, cover and reduce heat to low.

  10. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes

  11. Enjoy

Serve over cauliflower rice or cauliflower mash.

  • 1.5 ground beef

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup bread crumbs

  • 1 ½ Tbs Sincerely Legenia House Seasoning OR Your Favorite All-Purpose Seasoning

  • 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce

  • 1 onion small (sliced)

  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

  • 2 Tbs butter

  • ¼ cup beef broth

  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp arrow root
