Steps

1. Add turkey chorizo sausage & onions in skillet. Cook through till onions are translucent in color.

2. Add cabbage, chicken broth, pico de gallo, oregano, salt and pepper to skillet. Mix well.

3. Cover and cook for 20 – 25 minutes

4. When cabbage is tender, turn off the heat and top with cheese, place the lid back on the skillet for 3 – 5 minutes until cheese has melted.
