Keto Pepperoni Lovers Personal Pan Pizza
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and add almond flour then mix. Then add remaining ingredients; egg, salt and garlic powder. Mix Well
Once a ball begins to form, kneed dough to continue mixing making sure to scrap the dough from the sides of the bowl. Notice the dough has become sticky, cover bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 20 - 30 minutes.
Remover dough from the refrigerator and kneed until smooth. Roll into a ball and seperate using a knife or scrapper.
Place dought between two pieces of parchment paper. Use rolling pin to roll out dough to the size of your pizza pan.
Once dough has been rolled out to your desired thickness, place it in your pizza pan and shape to fit.
Add pizza sauce then a layer of cheese and pepperoni. Follow with another layer of cheese and pepperoni.
Bake in the oven for 8 minutes or until golden and the cheese is bubbly.
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
1 Large Egg
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
1/4 Cup Pizza Sauce
20 Pepperoni Slices
