Keto Philly Cheesesteak Soup

Steps

  1. Add beef to stock pot and brown

  2. Once browned, drain and add Sincerely Legenia seasoning & cook for an additional 2 minutes

  3. Remove from skillet into a pan or plate and set aside

  4. Add olive oil and butter to pot.

  5. Once melted add mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, celery and salt.

  6. Cook until veggies are tender remembering to stir often

  7. Next, stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and chicken bouillon. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 10 minutes

  8. Add heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer on low and uncovered until cream cheese melts.

  9. Once cream cheese melts, turn heat off and add your provolone, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
