Low Carb Caesar Dressing
Mash garlic clove and anchovies into a paste.
Using a whisk combine the mashed garlic and anchovies with lemon juice, salt & pepper, olive oil, yogurt and Worcestershire sauce.
Keep chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
1 Clove of Garlic, mashed into a paste
2 Anchovies, mashed
1/4 tsp. pink Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup low sugar Greek yogurt
2 - 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 - 3 tsp. olive oil
