Marinated Grilled Bok Choy

I love bok choy and on the grill it's even better. This marinade is so flavorful and only enhances the fabulous bok choy. It's so simple to make and is ready in under 10 minutes!

Marinated Grilled Bok Choy


  1. In a small bowl combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Wash bok choy throughly, then cut in half cutting at the stalk only.

  3. Brush a litte marinade on the cut side of the bok choy. 

  4. Place your bok choy cut side down on a hot grill and cook for 5 minutes

  5. Turn your bok choy remembring to baste it with the marinade while grilling, total cook time should be 8 to 10 minutes.

  6. Serve hot. enjoy!
