This sauce is fabulous on turkey, chicken, duck, pasta and so much more! Enjoy!

Parmesan Herb Cream Sauce

Steps

  1. On low heat add butter, garlic salt and pepper to a sauce pan.

  2. Cook for approx. 2-3 minutes.

  3. Next add oregano, thyme, and rosemary cook for 1 minute

  4. Add flour, stir and cook for 1 minute

  5. While stiring, add broth, cream and parmesan cheese

  6. Cook for 5-8 minutes

  7. Lastly add fresh parsely and cook for another 30 seconds

  8. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbs. butter

  • 1/2 cup cream

  • 2 tbs. flour (for low carb omit flour and use 4 oz. of cream cheese instead)

  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 sprig fresh roasemary, chopped

  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped

  • 1 sprig fresh oregano, chopped

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • salt & pepper to taste
