Philly Cheesesteak Pizza w/ Fathead Dough


For the Fathead Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Place mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.

  3. Remove from the microwave and add almond flour then mix. Then add remaining ingredients; egg, salt and garlic powder. Mix Well

  4. Once a ball begins to form, kneed dough to continue mixing making sure to scrap the dough from the sides of the bowl. Notice the dough has become sticky, cover bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 20 - 30 minutes.

  5. Remover dough from the refrigerator and kneed until smooth. Roll into a ball and seperate using a knife or scrapper.

  6. Place dought between two pieces of parchment paper. Use rolling pin to roll out dough to the size of your pizza pan.

  7. Once dough has been rolled out to your desired thickness, place it in your pizza pan and shape to fit.

For the Steak

  1. Drizzle skillet w/ olive oill and add steak. Cook on med. high heat.

  2. Season w/ all-purpose seasoning

  3. Cook until done all the way through then remove from skillet.

  4. If needed add another drizzle of olive oil to bottom of skillet

  5. Add bell pepper, onions, garlic and mushrooms to skillet.

  6. Cook until just tender, about 2-3 minutes. 

  7. Remove and allow to cool.

For Sauce

  1. Add butter, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a small sauce pan.

  2. Cook on med. low heat until the butter and cream cheese have melted and sauce thickens, about 8 min. 

  3. Remove from heat and cool before adding to pizza dough.

Assemble Pizza

To assemble your pizza add cream sauce, then mozzerella cheese blend, vegetables, cooked steak and more cheese on top of that if you desire. 

Place in the middle of your oven rack and cook for 5 - 8 minutes.

Pizza Toppings

  • 1/4 onion

  • 1/4 green bell pepper

  • 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1 clove garlic
