Introduction
This Sun-Dried Tomato Dip is the perfect summer time appetizer. Serve with low-carb/ keto approved tortillas, crackers or vegetables.

Steps
Add sun-dried tomatoes to a microwave-safe bowl filled with water, microwave for 1 minute. Drain and let cool.
Place remaining ingredients in a food processor; tomatoes, garlic, sour cream, cream cheese, basil, lemon juice, and horseradish. Pulse until the basil is finely chopped. Lastly, season with salt and pepper.
