KETO Blackened Cod and Peppers Salad $3 Per Person

Hey guys! I'm still in my Budget-Friendly Keto Meals. Today I've got another Dollar Tree meal for you! This is my Keto Blackend Cod and Peppers Salad; it is fast, easy, and delicious. Food items purchased at Dollar Tree. This fish was extremely fragile and had me worried, I have not known any codfish to be this fragile, I was hoping it was still good to eat. Because it did not have an odor, I moved forward with the preparation and it came out surprisingly well! The taste was a bit mild as opposed to other codfish fillets I've had in the past, but overall, this was a tasty and fulfilling meal for only $3.

In this video, I cook the cod fillets in the air fryer if you do not have an air fryer feel free to bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 10 to 15 min.

I think this salad is fabulous without dressing, but a nice vinegarette would be lovely in this salad.


Food From Dollar Tree:

- 2 Cod Fish Fillet

- 3 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning (see link in video for this recipe)

- Olive Oil

- 1/4 cup Pepper Stir Fry

- 1/2 minced garlic

Items not purchased from Dollar Tree:

- Lettuce of your choice (I used green leafy lettuce)

- Parmesan Cheese (optional)

- Red Pepper flakes (optional)
