Restaurant Quality Shrimp Scampi
It's so simple to make restaurant-quality shrimp scampi at home. Not only is this a beautiful dish, but it's also flavorful and easy to make. You'll be done cooking this in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp. Avocado oil
- 3 tbsp. butter (I like to use Kerrygold)
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- pink Himalayan salt, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated *Optional
Directions:
Season shrimp with pink salt.
Add 1 tbsp. of avocado oil to a hot skillet (medium-high heat)
Drop shrimp into skillet and cook for 3 minutes on one side.
Add 1 tbsp. of butter to skillet then turn the shrimp over, and cook on the other side for 3 minutes.
When done, remove the shrimp and set it aside.
For the sauce, add the remaining 2 tbsp. of butter and garlic to the skillet
Next, add the wine and simmer until it has reduced by half.
Once it has reduced, add Whrchetershire sauce, lemon zest, and lemon juice, and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
Return the shrimp to the skillet and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Transfer from the skillet to a serving dish.
Top with Parmesan cheese, Optional
Enjoy!
