Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of cabbage

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 chili peppers, chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 3 Tbs butter

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  • To a hot skillet add butter, onions, and cabbage. Toss the to coat the cabbage in the butter. Allow it to cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

  • Next season with salt and pepper and toss to coat again Cook for 8 - 10 minutes

  • Now add the garlic and chili peppers and cook for another 5 minutes or until the cabbage is to your desired tenderness.

  • Serve Hot! Enjoy!
