Keto Cream of Mushroom Soup

You'll love this rich, smooth and creamy soup that's delicious all by itself or use it in your cooking to add richness and that homestyle feel to any dish!


- 16 oz white mushrooms, chopped

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 oz cream cheese

- 1 sprig of fresh thyme

- 2 cups chicken broth

- 1small onion, chopped

- 2 Tbsp Kerry gold butter

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- ½ tsp pepper

- 1 pinch of salt


Step 1 Add butter to a hot skillet along with onions, thyme, and mushrooms. Sautee until tender. Step 2 Next add onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix together. Step 3 Now stir in your chicken broth and heavy cream, then add the cream cheese and salt. Mix until well combined. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Step 4 To thicken remove from heat and use an immersion blender until your desired thickness. Step 5 Enjoy!
