Keto/ Low Carb on a Budget/ Dollar Tree Shopping & Beef & Broccoli

I'm so excited about my new series KETO/ Low Carb on a budget! For the next few weeks, I will be making delicious low carb and KETO meals that are budget-friendly. Most of the food coming from Dollar Tree and other dollar stores. In this video, I make KETO Beef and Broccoli with food I purchased from Dollar Tree. I use 2 packs of their 3.5oz. rib-eye steaks and 1 bag of their broccoli cuts. I hope you get an opportunity to try this meal, it turned out surprisingly delicious!


Dollar Tree Food Items

2 Ribeye steaks

1 Bag Chopped Broccoli Cuts

Marinade for Steaks

1/2 Tbsp. Liquid Amenos (or Soy Sauce)

1 Tsp. Chopped Garlic

1/4 Tsp. Sesame Oil

1 Tsp. Chopped Green Onion


1/4 Cup Liquid Amenos

1 Tsp. Golden Monkfruit

1/2 Tsp. Ginger Paste Or Fresh Ginger

1/2 Tsp. Chopped Garlic

1/4 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

1/8 Tsp. Xanthan Gum


For Steak Marinade

Slice steaks into strips

Combine all ingredients add sliced steaks cover and let marinate for 10 - 15 minutes

For Sauce

Combine all ingredients set aside.

Add 1/2 Tsp. of sesame oil to a hot skillet

Add your marinated steaks (do not add the liquid from the marinade)

Cook all the way through, and remove when done

Add entire bag of chopped broccoli cuts, cook until slightly tender

Add marinade to broccoli and toss

Return beef back to the skillet and toss

Cook until liquid forms a syrup-like consistency.
