My daughter sent me this recipe for whipped coffee! It looked so delicious, I just had to try it,
but, I needed to make it low carb friendly. So in order to do that, I used my unsweetened almond milk and monk fruit sweetness. The results were fabulous and I'm so pleased.
Now in this particular video, I use sweetened almond milk ONLY because it's all we have remaining in the house, and COVID-19 limits the number of times I allow myself to go to the grocery store during the week. So that is why you'll see sweetened almond milk. I do want to encourage you to try cashew milk and any other KETO approved alternative!

2 Tbsp. instant coffee
2 Tbsp. monk fruit sweetener
2 Tbsp. hot water
4 Oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Glass w/ ice
Combine coffee, sugar, and water in a bowl. Use a blender bottle and mix together until you get a caramel-colored frothy mixture. If you do not have a hand mixer, use a whisk to whip by hand, this process will take longer. When it’s ready, pour on top of your milk of choice! Delicious!
